TYPES OF FOUNDATION
All Chhabee Foundation we believed and work towards adding value to your dreams through continues innovation.
1. Chemical Anchoring
Chemical Anchoring is a type of foundation done on an even surface. Floorings with two way structural designing are ideal for Chemical Anchoring. Heavy Machines like Tsudakoma, Picanoll, Toyota, Itema, etc require chemical anchoring for their foundation.
2. Chemical anchoring with zero level concreting
If the factory's flooring is one way design or is not as per the structural and architectural guidelines, chemical anchoring with zero level concreting is done. This process makes the flooring even and stronger ultimately a fine foundation for the machine. The increased strength then gives the maximum RPM and reduces the maintenance costs. The efficiency and life of the machine gets better too.
There are two ways to implement this process :
- Regular Foundation
- Pinning Foundation
- 18” Beam Foundation
- Block Foundation
- Augur Foundation System for high speed looms

OUR KEY STRENGHT IS SPACE MANAGEMENT INDUSTRIES PROCESS FLOW CHART

Industrial Space management is one of our major strengths.
Installing more machine in lesser space with acute planning is what we do the best.
The speed of above mentioned machines are high and a stronger foundation will help the machine maintain the vibration stability. Installation of maximum number of weaving machines into the select area is our mastery. We also call it as our 'Less is More' strategy. We ensure that all the clients requirements are covered under our work plan. Therefore the layout also depends on the type o machine to be installed. Considering all the pros and cons, Chhabee Foundation provides customised solutions for stronger foundation. Sequential arrangement of maximum machines along with the other equipment in an accurate manner is our expertise. Installation of TFO, Warping, Auto-clave and other such preparatory machines into a proper set-up is our USP as well.
Apart from giving an ideal plan for Industrial Space Management, we at Chhabee Foundation also provide consultancy for the same. From architectural to site space, every minute detail is been acknowledged by us.
TYPES OF WEAVING MACHINES WE LAY FOUNDATION FOR
What makes our work different?
1. Convectional/ Jacquard Looms
Convectional looms also known as shuttle looms, is one of the oldest weaving looms. These kind of looms runs at speed of 225rpm. Through they are slow and noisy, they are equally effective and eversible.
2. Rapier/ Jacquard Looms
Rapier looms are no shuttle looms, in this kind of looms filling yarn is carried through the shed of warp yarns to the other side of looms. Rapier looms used up to 1,300 meters f weft yarn every minute and its speed ranges from about 200 to 250rmp.
3. Air-Jet/ Jacquard Looms
This kind of looms uses a jet of air to propel the weft yarn through the shad. Air-jet looms are capable of producing apparel and household fabrics. They operate at a higher speed than rapier looms.
4. Water jet/ Jacquard Looms
The working principle of water jet looms is similar to Air-jet looms. The only difference is that these machine take the advantage pressurized water to be propel the weft. The Outcome of this machine is 1,000 rpm.
5. Velvet Looms
Velvet looms also run at a higher speed just as the above mentioned fluid jet looms.
All these machines can have dobby or jacquard as their heads to simplify the work process as per the requirement. The machines with these heads are further called dobby looms or jacquard looms. Machines will these heads required a strong and aligned foundation without which the machines' efficiency goes on stake. At Chhabee Foundation we make sure that the base or foundation of the machine is built aligning the jacquard or Dobby heads.
6. Warping Machine
As per making & Size with its drum, we are providing foundation with micro precession for textiles industries.
"We believe that work isn’t just about finishing it on time.
It is more of quality, precision and services that makes us trustworthily.
